The difference between aerobic and anaerobic exercise

When people do aerobic exercise, such as running, swimming, dancing, climbing stairs, skipping rope, jumping, etc., the cardiopulmonary exercise is accelerated, and the blood flow will be faster. As a result, the endurance of the heart and lungs, as well as the pressure of blood vessels, is improved. Anaerobic exercise, such as strength and resistance training, improves muscle, bone, and tendon strength. The human body is composed of organs, bones, flesh, blood, blood vessels, tendons, and membranes. Therefore, longtime without aerobic exercise, the blood, blood vessels and respiratory system of the human body might get problems.

Without anaerobic exercise, such as strength training, people’s muscles will be weak, and the whole person will be lack of vitality, elasticity, endurance and explosive power.

Doing aerobic exercise only will not work if you don’t control your diet. Because aerobic cannot keep the body well-proportioned for a long time, if the body lack of muscle. Once you reduce aerobic and eat more, it is easy to gain weight.

Doing anaerobic exercise only for long time will not work also if you don’t control your diet. Anaerobic exercise will build muscles. Excessive anaerobic exercise will make muscles grow.  But if there is no aerobic exercise for long time, the body’s original stored fat will be consumed, then once the anaerobic exercise is too much, it will appear more fleshy. Therefore, it seems that aerobic exercise plus anaerobic exercise, as well as a good diet, is an immediate solution to lose fat and lose weight. Among them, diet is the main factor, and exercise is the auxiliary factor.
